The Upstate SC Alliance celebrates along with the South Carolina Department of Commerce, Anderson County, the City of Anderson and the Anderson County Economic Development Office the opening of the Cross Country Home Services new customer care facility.
Cross Country Home Services, Inc. (CCHS), the leader in helping companies drive revenue and customer loyalty through a comprehensive set of home warranties, home service plans and homeowner emergency assistance programs, officially opened its new customer care facility in Anderson, South Carolina. In an effort to keep pace with CCHS’ double-digit growth, the company invested $3 million in a new facility and is creating 350 new jobs in the Anderson community. Over the past six months, over 70 new employees have joined CCHS’ in the Anderson facility and have undergone extensive training. “Cross Country Home Services is a leading provider of home warranties, service plans, and assistance programs with nearly 30 years of experience, and major national and regional clients. In the next two to three years, the company plans to hire a total of more than 350 new staff members in this location. Site Search The Windsor Place Shopping Center location was selected as the result of an extensive, 14-month site search conducted by Site Selection Group, Inc., based in Dallas, Texas.
